A message from DLS CEO regarding our COVID-19 response

Dear Customer,

We live in unprecedented times and our thoughts are with you, your colleagues, families and loved ones. Our nation’s response to the global COVID-19 pandemic is forces us to change the way we conduct business. At DLS we feel that it is our responsibility to play a vital part in helping you survive this economic disruption. We can do this by helping your employees work and collaborate remotely from the safety of their homes.

Most of our hosted PBX customers now require additional mirrored extensions in order to allow their users work from home. DLS will be crediting fees for all mirrored extensions, conferencing bridges and DLS meeting room incurred between March 16th 2020 and May, 15th 2020. Customers who currently do not have conferencing and collaboration features enabled will have all collaboration tools temporarily activated during the same period at no cost to them.

Our technical operations team will continue to provide around the clock support you are accustomed to and will help you employ every remote communication tool in the DLS Hosted PBX arsenal. We expect that average wait time in our support queue may increase due to increased workload stemming from setting up many remote extensions and virtual PBX branches. If this occurs, we ask for your patience. I am giving you my personal assurance that no support call will be ignored.
