🚫 PBXs Pending Upgrade

No new PBX upgrades are scheduled this week as we continue addressing various reported issues in version 6.0.

🔍 In-Depth Changes

6.0.34 – Bug Fixes

  • Login Lockout Issue (PBX-3549 / PLAT: 340880):
Admin users could not unlock accounts via the login log, though DLS staff could. This restriction was unintentional and has now been lifted.
  • QR Code Provisioning (PBX-3534):
Some iOS and Android devices failed to scan Acrobits softphone QR codes due to embedded forward slashes. We’ve added sanitation logic to prevent this issue. If problems persist, please report them.

6.0.33 – Bug Fix

  • Operator Panel Queue Display (PBX-3522 / PLAT: 340651):
Incoming queue calls did not display correctly when answered on mirrored devices (e.g., Desktop Communicator). This issue has been resolved and tested on NOC.

5.7.88 – Staff-Only Improvement

  • Tenant-to-Rate-ID Binding (PBX-3531):
DLS staff can now associate non-default PBX tenants with their respective Customer Rate ID via System → General Settings → Tenant Settings. This will improve future billing accuracy and will soon be ported to 6.0.
