We are excited to be wrapping up feature development for 3.2. There is still a lot of testing and work to be done before this version makes it to public release, but there are a lot of exciting new features in here.

• Add support for Polycom SoundStation IP 5000 conference phone
• Allow * in system feature codes
• Update Click-to-Dial page with newer software links
• Rename submenus for easier user recognition
• XMPP (jabber) chat service
• Pre-processing form validation
• User MoH settings now apply to outbound calls also
• Conferences now prompt for a recording of the caller’s name
• Conferences have an interactive menu (using *)
• Web interface for real-time conference administration
• New version of Operator Panels for improved stability and functionality
• Pre-programmed set of routing rules for blocking non-domestic NA calls

We’ll be working over the next few weeks on testing the upgrade and install process, creating the training video, and initial user testing, but it won’t be long before we start recruiting for Beta testing.
