All 6.0 PBXs have now been upgraded from v6.0.75 → v6.0.76.
All 5.7 PBXs were updated with maintenance patches, though the version remains v5.7.91.
The Desktop Communicator remains at v2.3.94 with no new updates this week.
OVERVIEW
This week’s release focuses on tightening reporting accuracy, improving data consistency, removing residual DLS branding for white-label tenants, and fixing several UI issues related to extension creation and call logging. Customers should see improved accuracy across call detail reports, more intuitive sorting, and correct attribution of call records—particularly in scenarios involving dial groups and inbound calls that never reached an extension.

6.0.76 — Defect Fixes
Branding Cleanup
PBX-3211 – Removed hard-coded DLS references and logos used by the SMS-to-Email feature and other areas of the PBX. Branding now correctly adapts for white-labeled tenants.
Reporting Accuracy Improvements
PBX-3868 – Condensed Summary of Extensions mismatch
Fixed an issue where call counts were inflated when filtering by a specific user. Calls routed through dial groups were incorrectly attributed to users even when they did not answer.
PBX-3897 – Inbound calls not appearing in 6.0 reports
Inbound calls that never reached an extension—such as immediate congestion tone cases—now appear properly in call detail results for users with permission on the phone number. This behavior now matches what customers saw in 5.7 and earlier.
PBX-3899 – Timestamp sorting inconsistencies
Resolved inconsistent “oldest to newest” / “newest to oldest” sorting on reports that include timestamps. Sorting should now behave intuitively across all affected report pages.
PBX-3911 – Incorrect call recording association
Corrected an issue where call recordings were displayed under users who did not answer the call when filtered by extension. This was tied to the same root cause as PBX-3868 and is now resolved.
Extension Management Fixes
PBX-3904 – Mirror extension creation failing
Creating a mirror extension could fail if a user entered details under the Primary tab before switching the user type. Hidden fields caused invalid state conflicts. This has now been fixed.
User Status Display Improvements
PBX-3908 – Transport / media encryption display issues
Adjusted handling of transport and media encryption settings in pjsip.conf to ensure manually configured extensions display correctly under Status → Users.
5.7 Branch
No version changes this week. Background stability updates were applied without altering the version number.
Desktop Communicator
No new updates. Current version remains 2.3.94.
