We hope you had a fantastic and safe 4th of July holiday! Due to the holiday last week, we’re combining two weeks of updates into this email. Our focus continues to be on resolving reporting issues in version 6.0 while upgrades remain paused. Upgrades are planned to resume July 16th.

- ✅ BLF Call Pickup Fix (Temporarily Reverted) Fixed an issue preventing BLF keys from picking up calls on Polycom and Yealink handsets. However, the patch has been temporarily reverted due to a new bug. We’ll update you once re-enabled. JIRA: PBX-3408

- 🐞 Report Scheduler Fixes
- Custom voicemail reports were missing or not sending properly.
- Failed scheduled reports were blocking all subsequent reports. JIRA: PBX-3669, PBX-3656
- 🐞 Custom Reports Page Permissions Issue Resolved failures when users with restricted permissions ran reports. JIRA: PBX-3662
- 🐞 Call Quality Report Filtering Blacklisted extensions were incorrectly included in emailed reports. Fixed to honor blacklist settings. JIRA: PBX-3600

- 🐞 Operator Panel Crash on Reload Resolved rare crashes caused when reloading panel configurations. JIRA: PBX-3674
- 🐞 Predictive Dialer Display Issue Active calls were not appearing correctly on the Predictive Dialer page. Fixed. JIRA: PBX-3608

- 🐞 Scheduled Report Delivery Issues
- Scheduled reports were not sent out due to backend failures.
- SFTP uploads for scheduled reports were failing.
- Uncleaned report files were causing filesystem bloat. JIRA: PBX-3099, PBX-3649, PBX-3650
- 🐞 Call Detail Report Direction Filter Incorrectly included outbound calls when filtering for inbound. Fixed. JIRA: PBX-3617
- 🐞 Queue Activity Summary Pagination Pagination controls were missing. Restored to allow viewing 10, 20, or 50 rows at a time. JIRA: PBX-3585
- 🐞 Duplicate Call Records in Dial Groups Calls were showing multiple records due to Dial Group steps. Now consolidated into a single record with leg details viewable. JIRA: PBX-3639
- 🔧 Operator Panel Crash Debugging Additional logging added to trace crash issues. Panels were also restarted on all PBXs. JIRA: PBX-3657

- No major updates these weeks. Only critical service-impacting fixes will be applied as needed.
